Sales Manager for Clover Learning responsible for leading a sales team, executing growth strategies, and driving revenue across a multi-state territory in the healthcare education sector.
Key Responsibilities: Manage and develop a team of sales representatives, coach them on consultative and value-based sales techniques, conduct performance reviews, and achieve individual and team revenue expectations. Establish sales practices, provide training and development, and participate in forecasting and planning sessions.
Skills & Tools: Strong leadership, coaching, and sales strategy skills; high level of professionalism and communication; financial acumen; proficiency in CRM and presentation technologies; ability to work cross-functionally and solve challenges collaboratively.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred; 3-5 years of education or healthcare sales experience; 3 years of sales leadership experience.

Compensation: $85Kβ$120K/yr
