Summary

Training Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Design and produce short-form training videos, interactive eLearning, and technical training programs.
- Develop impactful video-based learning assets, simulations, and assessments that drive learner engagement, compliance, and operational performance.
- Operate independently to plan, develop, and execute talent management and learning projects.
Training Coordinator Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and three years of relevant experience.
- Experience designing and producing short-form training videos, interactive eLearning, and technical training programs
- Adept at translating complex technical and safety procedures into training modules
- Demonstrated experience producing short-form training videos and digital learning content.
- Strong skills in video editing software
- Experience using learning management systems (LMS) and digital content authoring tools.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple training projects at once.
- Experience supporting and communicating with multiple stakeholder groups including partners, customers, and campus leaders.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Experience in health, safety, facilities, security or technical training environments preferred.
- Knowledge of microlearning principles and best practices for modern learners preferred.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards for digital content preferred.
- Valid driver’s license. Driving is required within the campus.
Shift:
- Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm.
