Develop and validate mathematics assessments and test items for educational platforms at Learning A-Z. Create high-quality math content that measures student learning and supports instructional decision-making.
Skills & Tools: Strong expertise in mathematics content and assessment design, with proficiency in data analysis and attention to detail. Excellent written communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Education, or related field with 2+ years of experience in test development, curriculum design, or mathematics education. Experience with educational assessment standards and psychometric principles preferred.
