The Retirement Intern will support the Human Resources team with administrative and project-based work related to retirement plans and benefits. This internship provides exposure to key HR functions and the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in employee benefits, compliance, and internal support processes. Key Responsibilities: Assist with day-to-day tasks related to retirement plans, including data entry, file management, and documentation. Support the team in preparing communications and resources related to employee retirement benefits. Help track and review retirement-related data for accuracy and compliance. Conduct basic research and compile information for internal use or reporting purposes. Participate in ongoing HR and benefits projects, with opportunities to contribute ideas and improvements. Provide general administrative support to the HR retirement team. Qualifications: Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 0–2 years of experience; prior internship or relevant coursework is a plus. Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work well in a team environment. Interest in learning more about retirement plans and employee benefits.
