Summary
Lead employee engagement initiatives at OCLC as a Senior Specialist, designing and delivering impactful communications and programs that strengthen organizational culture and employee connection on a global scale.
Key Responsibilities: Design and execute employee engagement initiatives, coordinate employee events, and develop internal communication campaigns that enhance organizational culture and employee experience while aligning people strategies with business objectives.
Skills & Tools: Strong written and verbal communication skills, project management capabilities, proficiency with communication and event planning tools, storytelling ability, and proven experience in employee engagement and organizational culture development.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Communications or related field with a minimum of 5 years of experience in employee engagement and event planning.
Location: Hybrid in Dublin, Ohio, United States of America (3 days per week on-site)
Compensation: $85,000 β $120,000/year
