Role Snapshot
The CRM Administrator manages and optimizes Nelnet's CRM system to enhance functionality, ensure data integrity, and drive business decisions across marketing, sales, and customer service operations. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams to implement CRM solutions and support user adoption in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities: Configure, maintain, and optimize the Creatio CRM system including user permissions, workflows, custom objects, and integrations while monitoring performance metrics and troubleshooting issues. Support end-users through training and documentation, manage customer data compliance and integrity, and provide insights to stakeholders on CRM performance and team effectiveness.
Skills & Tools: Proficiency in CRM systems administration (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or Creatio), strong data management and analysis abilities, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and capability to develop workflows and automation solutions.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field with previous CRM administration experience. Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Compensation: $75Kโ$85K/yr
