Do głównych zadań osoby na tym stanowisku będzie należało: zarządzanie obiegiem korespondencji i dokumentów przyjmowanie, rejestrowanie i wysyłanie poczty obsługa przychodzących połączeń telefonicznych przyjmowanie oraz obsługa recepcyjna gości firmy współpraca z firmami kurierskimi koordynacja zaopatrzenia biura w środki czystości, artykuły biurowe oraz spożywcze dbanie o porządek i estetykę w pomieszczeniach biurowych
