Role Snapshot
Early to mid-career quota-carrying sales role responsible for driving pipeline and bookings through outbound prospecting and client expansion within K-12 schools. This position offers hands-on experience in consultative SaaS sales for a mission-driven education technology company.
Key Responsibilities: Identify and engage new client targets and cultivate cross-sell opportunities within existing clients using consultative selling techniques, discovery calls, and needs-based product demonstrations. Maintain accurate CRM documentation and advance opportunities toward close while collaborating with BDRs and Marketing.
Skills & Tools: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to learn quickly and adapt in fast-paced environments, and demonstrated expertise in consultative selling and SaaS sales methodology. Passion for technology in education, strong time management, and attention to detail are essential.
Qualifications: 1-2 years of business development or sales experience with demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and long-term sales career growth. Ability to travel up to 25% for industry events and client visits required.
