Role Snapshot

Director of Financial Aid Strategy and Pathways leads university-wide strategic financial aid initiatives and cross-functional projects (Prison Education Programs, Workforce Pell, First Year Experience) while directing the Financial Aid Training and Quality Assurance team. This role drives regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and student-centered experiences across the learner journey.

Skills & Tools: In-depth knowledge of financial aid regulations, experience leading complex projects, strong analytical skills, and effective communication with diverse stakeholders. Ability to champion innovative solutions and align strategies with university mission and student success outcomes.

Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree required with at least 10 years of experience in student financial aid programs. Master's Degree and experience with specialized access programs are preferred.

Location: Salt Lake City, Utah

Compensation: $113K–$204K/yr
