Position Summary: We are seeking a creative and results-driven Product Marketing Manager with a proven track record in developing and managing webinars, podcasts, and various marketing campaigns for the B2C market. In this role, you will bridge the gap between product, marketing, and sales, ensuring our solutions resonate with the right audience at the right time as well as drive and help direct monthly webinars and podcasts with our studio team.

You will play a pivotal role in driving brand awareness, generating leads, and creating meaningful engagement through high-quality content and campaigns that showcase the value of our products. HubSpot experience is a must as this role requires robust reporting and campaign set up for all product marketing campaigns.

Primary duties and responsibilities:

Webinars & Podcasts:

•Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for webinars and podcasts that align with product goals and marketing objectives.

•Collaborate with product managers, subject matter experts, and external guests to craft compelling content themes and agendas.

•Manage end-to-end production, including planning, promotion, and post-event follow-ups.

•Analyze performance metrics to continuously optimize content and audience engagement.

Aid in Campaign Development:

•Help brainstorm and implement integrated marketing campaigns that drive product awareness, adoption, and lead generation.

•Leverage a variety of channels, including email, social media, paid media, and content marketing, to maximize reach and impact.

•Collaborate with the sales team to ensure campaign alignment and effective lead handoff.

•Weekly robust reporting for all campaigns.

Market Insights:

•Help conduct research to understand target audiences, buyer personas, and competitive landscapes.

•Maintain a constant pulse on the industry.

•Help in the development of training and resources to sales and customer success teams to ensure consistent messaging and uniformity.

Analytics & Reporting:

•Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for webinars, podcasts, and campaigns, including audience engagement, lead generation, and ROI.

•Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve results.

Specific Job Skills/Abilities:

•Hands on experience managing all aspects of executing marketing strategies

Education/Training:

•5+ years’ experience in a Marketing Manager role

•Previous HubSpot experience is a must

•Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
