StrongMind seeks a visionary Executive Director of Learning Innovation to architect and lead the development of AI-driven, personalized K–12 educational models and learning frameworks. This transformational role will position StrongMind as a national leader in next-generation learning innovation across homeschool and district markets.

Key Responsibilities: Lead the Learning Innovation Department to develop and implement new learning frameworks, oversee the Generative Learning Experience evolution, define Lexi AI Tutor pedagogy, and ensure learning science drives all curriculum, platform, and AI-enabled decisions. Manage cross-functional collaboration, strategic partnerships, and continuous improvement research to translate the CEO's vision into actionable strategy.

Skills & Tools: Expertise in learning science, EdTech, AI integration, structured literacy, and virtual learning design; strong strategic planning, thought leadership, and cross-functional collaboration abilities. Exceptional communication skills and a proven ability to architect innovative frameworks that balance pedagogical integrity with scalable technology.

Qualifications: Advanced degree in education, learning science, or related field required; proven track record in strategic leadership, learning innovation, and implementing transformational educational initiatives. Demonstrated experience designing virtual learning models, integrating AI into education, and leading research-driven curriculum development.

Location: Hybrid in Chandler, Arizona, United States; remote candidates welcome

Compensation: $150,000 – $250,000/year
