Contract Workday LMS Configuration Specialist for a 2-month global enterprise engagement focused on redesigning and implementing a scalable, role-based learning experience within Workday Learning. The role involves architecture, configuration, and implementation consulting rather than traditional LMS administration.

Key Responsibilities: Audit existing Workday Learning configurations and learning paths; partner with stakeholders to design role-based learning requirements and configure campaigns, assignments, audience segmentation, and conditional logic. Conduct testing, troubleshooting, quality validation, content integration support, and client handover documentation.
Skills & Tools: Strong backend Workday Learning configuration expertise, learning architecture design, SCORM/AICC content integration knowledge, and ability to translate business requirements into scalable LMS solutions. Requires excellent stakeholder communication and technical troubleshooting capabilities.
Qualifications: Proven experience configuring and implementing Workday Learning platforms, with demonstrated expertise in learning assignment logic, campaign design, and role-based audience segmentation. Experience in L&D transformation or enterprise learning system implementations strongly preferred.

Contract Workday LMS Configuration Specialist

Contract | Remote (India) | 25–30 hrs/week | IST with US Eastern overlap
Short-term Engagement (Approx. 2 Months)

Infopro Learning is seeking a hands-on Workday LMS Configuration Specialist to support a global enterprise client engagement focused on redesigning and implementing a scalable, role-based learning experience within Workday Learning.

This is a configuration and architecture-focused consulting role, not a traditional LMS administration position. The ideal consultant will have strong backend Workday Learning configuration experience and the ability to translate business and learning requirements into scalable LMS solutions.

About the Engagement

The client’s current Workday Learning environment includes a complex network of manually managed learning paths. The objective is to simplify and modernize the experience by enabling learners to self-select their role and automatically receive the appropriate learning assignments and content pathways.

The engagement includes:

  • Discovery and planning of the future-state architecture

  • Workday Learning configuration and implementation

  • Testing, validation, and client handover

What You’ll Do

  • Audit the existing Workday Learning configuration, learning paths, and assignment structures

  • Partner with client stakeholders to map role-based learning requirements

  • Design scalable learning assignment and routing logic within Workday Learning

  • Configure campaigns, learning assignments, audience segmentation, and conditional logic

  • Support SCORM/AICC content integration within the updated structure

  • Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and quality validation prior to deployment

  • Document configuration and support client handover activities

  • Coordinate with the client’s internal Workday and L&D teams throughout the engagement
