Role Snapshot

Western Governors University seeks a Coaching Facilitator to lead ICF-accredited training and development for learners pursuing their ACC credential in a remote environment. The role focuses on expert facilitation, mentor coaching, and using data to drive continuous improvement in training effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities: Facilitate evidence-based curriculum aligned to ICF core competencies, provide mentor coaching in group and 1:1 settings, collaborate with stakeholders on training alignment, and use data to identify gaps and recommend improvements. Maintain high-quality development materials and promote people development tools and resources.
Skills & Tools: PCC or MCC ICF coaching certification, expertise in ICF competencies and evidence-based coaching practices, subject matter expertise in emotional intelligence, growth mindset, leadership development, or related areas. Strong virtual facilitation skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency with virtual learning tools.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in education, psychology, social work, human resources, or related field. Preferred experience in higher education and familiarity with curriculum design or learning-effectiveness measurement.
Location: Remote - United States
Compensation: $42–$64/hr
