Join Carnegie Learning as a Part-Time Professional Learning Specialist in Mathematics to facilitate engaging workshops and provide content support for K-12 educators across California. This role positions you as a product ambassador promoting implementation fidelity and teacher effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver professional learning workshops (initial implementation, virtual, and conference presentations), provide job-embedded coaching and demonstration lessons, design custom workshops, develop curriculum correlations and supporting documents, and support sales initiatives. Approximately 80% professional learning facilitation, 15% content support, and 5% other duties with at least 75% travel requirement.
Skills & Tools: Strong communication and presentation abilities, expertise in designing and delivering professional learning experiences, proficiency with Carnegie Learning mathematics products, and coaching/mentoring experience. Bachelor's degree holders with 3+ years of mathematics teaching experience preferred.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Education required with 3+ years of mathematics teaching experience; current or former mathematics teachers, instructional coaches, or leaders preferred. Experience with Carnegie Learning products, coaching/mentoring background, and flexibility to accommodate extensive travel and training demands essential.
Location: Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania
Compensation: $35β$70/hr
