Role Snapshot

The Impact Director leads strategic account management for school districts using Amira Learning's AI-powered literacy platform, driving revenue growth and measurable student outcomes across a multi-state region. The role combines executive relationship management, pod leadership, and regional strategy to ensure long-term partnership health and sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities: Own the overall health and commercial outcomes for all districts within the regional pod, develop comprehensive strategic account plans, and build trusted-advisor relationships with senior district leadership including Superintendents and Chief Academic Officers. Lead the Impact Pod as a unified team, mitigate customer risks, demonstrate ROI through Executive Business Reviews, drive renewal and expansion strategies, and serve as the voice of the customer to inform organizational strategy.
Skills & Tools: Exceptional executive presence, communication, and leadership abilities; strategic account management expertise in K-12 education; proven ability to manage multi-million-dollar projects and drive customer retention and expansion; deep understanding of K-12 education systems, funding cycles, and decision-making processes.
Qualifications: 8+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or school district leadership (Principal, Superintendent, or District Administrator); proven track record managing and growing multi-million-dollar projects in a SaaS environment with strong understanding of K-12 education dynamics.
Location: Colorado
Compensation: $130K–$190K/yr
