Summary

The Program Advisor connects fitness professionals with educational certifications and specializations at Ascend Learning (NASM), assessing customer needs and recommending suitable programs while meeting monthly revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls to assess customer needs, follow a proven sales process, notate interactions in CRM, maintain product knowledge, and collaborate with sales channels to service accounts and existing customers.
Skills & Tools: 2+ years of sales experience strongly preferred, CRM experience preferred, strong communication and listening skills, self-motivated, energetic, and team-oriented with ability to work collaboratively.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred with 2+ years of sales experience strongly preferred. Knowledge of fitness industry and ability to understand customer needs is important.
Location: Gilbert, Arizona
Compensation: From $115K/yr
