Role Snapshot

Account Manager – K-12 who builds and maintains relationships with K-12 education and EdTech clients while coordinating project delivery and identifying account growth opportunities. The role serves as a key strategic point of contact driving client satisfaction, project success, and revenue expansion.

Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain client relationships, serve as primary point of contact, coordinate with internal teams on project execution, monitor timelines and deliverables, identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, and prepare account performance reports. Address client concerns, support proposals and presentations, and provide market insights on K-12 and EdTech trends.
Skills & Tools: Strong client relationship and stakeholder management, account coordination, verbal and written communication, presentation and negotiation abilities, problem-solving, and proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience managing multiple accounts, projects, and priorities with excellent organizational skills.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, Communications, or related field with prior client-facing or account management experience. Preferred experience in K-12 education, EdTech, educational content, curriculum, or learning technology.
Location: In-Person - US - MST (Arizona)
Compensation: $55K–$75K/yr (estimated)

Job Description

Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Account Manager – K-12 to manage and grow relationships with
K-12 education and EdTech clients.
The Account Manager will serve as a key point of contact for clients, understand their needs and objectives,
coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery, and identify opportunities to strengthen and
expand client relationships.
The ideal candidate will have strong account management and client-facing experience, excellent communication
and organizational skills, and a good understanding of K-12 education, educational content, or EdTech.

Key responsibilities

Client & Account Management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with K-12 and EdTech clients.
• Serve as a primary point of contact and understand client needs and objectives.
• Monitor client satisfaction, engagement, and account health.
• Develop relationships with key client stakeholders and identify evolving needs.

Project Coordination
• Coordinate with internal content, delivery, technology, and project teams to ensure successful project
execution.
• Monitor timelines, deliverables, quality, and client expectations.
• Identify and help resolve project risks, issues, and delivery concerns.

Account Growth & Business Development
• Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, renewals, and account expansion.
• Partner with Sales and leadership teams on account growth strategies.
• Support proposals, presentations, and new client engagement discussions.

Reporting & Issue Resolution
• Prepare reports on account performance, project status, and client feedback.
• Address client questions and concerns promptly and coordinate timely resolution.
• Provide account insights and recommendations to leadership.

Market & Industry Insights
• Stay informed about K-12 education, EdTech, curriculum, and digital learning trends.
• Monitor market and competitor developments and share relevant insights with internal teams.

Requirements -
• Development, or a similar client-facing role.
• Experience working with K-12 education, EdTech, educational content, curriculum, or learning technology
is preferred.
• Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing multiple accounts, projects, and client deliverables.
• Strong verbal and written communication, presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience identifying and supporting account growth, upselling, cross-selling, or renewal opportunities.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Additional Information
• Work Location: United States
• Travel: Up to 25% travel may be required based on client and business needs.
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.
• The role requires regular interaction with clients and internal cross-functional teams.
