Collaborate with Instructional Designers and developers to translate concepts into polished visual designs, develop Articulate Storyline and Rise 360 templates, and ensure accessibility and responsive design standards.

Skills & Tools: Strong proficiency in graphic design fundamentals (layout, typography, color, composition), eLearning design tools (Articulate Storyline and Rise 360), and video creation with animation capabilities. Demonstrated ability to apply accessibility standards (WCAG), manage multiple projects simultaneously, and communicate effectively across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field with 2-4 years of professional graphic design or eLearning design experience. Portfolio demonstrating eLearning design projects and proficiency with design and authoring tools required.

Location: Onsite - Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India

Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation for this role is ₹4,50,000 – ₹7,50,000 per annum based on title, seniority, and location.

About the Role
We’re looking for a Creative Designer with a strong foundation in graphic design to create high-quality, visually engaging learning experiences. This is a hands-on role where you will apply design fundamentals to eLearning, video, and interactive media.

You’ll work closely with Instructional Designers and developers to translate concepts into clear, effective, and visually compelling digital content. Strong skills in layout, typography, color, and composition are essential.

What You’ll Do

Design visually strong eLearning assets including WBTs, infographics, microlearning, and simulations
Apply graphic design fundamentals to create clear, engaging, and consistent learner experiences
Create instructional and explainer videos with animation, audio, and branded visuals
Develop templates and themes in Articulate Storyline and Rise 360
Translate storyboards and scripts into polished visual designs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design with learning goals
Apply accessibility (WCAG) and responsive design principles
Manage multiple tasks while maintaining high quality and attention to detail
