We are looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to help identify and qualify new business opportunities for our sales organization. Compensation will consist of a competitive base salary, commission structure, and benefits.

The base salary is $38,000 and the On-Target Earnings is $60,000

Your Daily Adventures

As a BDR at Skill Struck, you'll be at the forefront of our mission to bring innovative computer science and AI education to schools across the country. Your role will be crucial in connecting our solutions with the educators and institutions that need them most. Your daily activities will include:

  • Prospecting and qualifying new sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and social selling
  • Researching accounts, identifying key decision-makers, and generating interest in our products
  • Creating and maintaining a pipeline of qualified leads
  • Collaborating with Account Executives to develop targeted lists, call strategies, and messaging
  • Achieving monthly quotas of qualified opportunities and scheduled meetings
  • Engaging with educators and school administrators to understand their needs and challenges
