Role Snapshot

Associate Account Manager at Ascend Learning supporting the management of major healthcare education accounts in the Northeast region. The role focuses on identifying business opportunities, conducting product demos, and providing sales support to drive account growth.

Key Responsibilities: Aid Account Managers in identifying new business and upselling opportunities, support sales efforts through demos and outreach, and maintain CRM records to track sales activities. Provide backup support for district vacancies, conduct customer insight analysis, and collaborate with internal teams on go-to-market strategies.
Skills & Tools: Strong verbal and written communication skills, business acumen, analytical abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Client-facing experience and ability to support territory management and pipeline development required.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required with at least 1 year of sales account management experience preferred. Understanding of healthcare education or SaaS solutions is beneficial.
Location: Northeast
Compensation: $60K–$80K/yr
