Role Snapshot

Sr. Data Engineer at Incident IQ, a leading K-12 workflow management platform serving 2,000+ districts. This role involves designing and optimizing data infrastructure and pipelines to support mission-critical services for 12+ million students and educators.

Key Responsibilities: Design, build, and maintain scalable data infrastructure and ETL pipelines. Collaborate with product and analytics teams to ensure data quality, performance, and accessibility across the platform.

Skills & Tools: Strong proficiency in data engineering tools and languages (Python, SQL, Spark, or similar); experience with cloud data platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure); proven ability to design and optimize large-scale data systems. Excellent problem-solving skills and experience working in cross-functional teams.

Qualifications: 5+ years of data engineering experience with a track record of building production data systems at scale. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).

Location: In-Person - Incident IQ HQ (Atlanta) OR Incident IQ North (Alpharetta)

Compensation: $155K–$210K/yr (estimated)
