Summary

Aceable is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a team of sales professionals, refine sales strategies, and drive revenue growth for their B2B sales channels in a hybrid role based in Austin, TX.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement sales strategies, manage and coach a sales team to meet revenue targets, design efficient sales workflows, and analyze performance metrics to optimize team effectiveness and customer partnerships.
Skills & Tools: Proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot), strategic sales planning, team coaching and mentorship, process optimization, and strong cross-functional communication and collaboration abilities.
Qualifications: 5+ years of B2B sales experience with 2+ years managing a sales team, proven track record of building and scaling sales processes, and ability to navigate evolving sales environments while driving consistent revenue growth.
Location: Hybrid in Austin, Texas, United States (requires living in Austin metro area and working from downtown office weekly)
Compensation: $80,000 – $160,000/year
