Role Snapshot
The Partner Account Manager cultivates relationships with key reseller partners to enhance sales of KnowBe4 security products and drive customer acquisition. This role focuses on enabling partner success through strategic planning, executive alignment, and performance monitoring.
Skills & Tools: Proven sales experience with strong understanding of partner ecosystems, excellent verbal and written communication, and demonstrated sales aptitude with assertiveness and consultative approach. Required technical skills include Salesforce proficiency, analytical and strategic mindset, negotiation abilities, and familiarity with IT security concepts.
Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required with a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field preferred. Minimum 3 years of channel sales experience with consistent quota achievement and familiarity with IT security field required.
Location: Austin, Texas
Compensation: $140K–$160K/yr
