Summary
Sales Development Associate role at KnowBe4 focused on qualifying prospects and generating leads for IT security products. The position bridges pre-sales and sales teams to build a pipeline of qualified opportunities.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound prospecting via phone and email to cold prospects, develop and execute prospecting plans, qualify leads using Salesforce.com, and pass qualified leads to Enterprise or SMB sales teams. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams on lead generation campaigns and map global customer accounts to identify key contacts.
Skills & Tools: Fluent in Spanish with excellent verbal and written communication skills, proficiency in Gmail, Google Docs, MS Office, and Salesforce.com. Must demonstrate strong organizational abilities, friendly phone presence, and ability to be persistently engaging with prospects.
Qualifications: Previous Sales Development Representative (SDR) experience with familiarity in IT Security concepts and preferably LATAM market experience. Strong computer skills and ability to be highly organized and results-oriented.
Location: Hybrid in Clearwater, Florida, United States (candidates must be located in greater Tampa Bay area)
Compensation: $45,000 – $65,000/year
