Summary

Key Responsibilities: Grow client-specific solution revenue, advise major enterprise clients on digital innovations, and design blended off-the-shelf and client-specific solutions. Manage pre-sales and in-life client engagements, provide thought leadership, and collaborate with internal teams and portfolio directors to develop high-quality Digital Marketing products and solutions.

Skills & Tools: Strong interpersonal communication, customer satisfaction focus, innovative solution design, and expertise in Digital Marketing with client relationship management capabilities. Experience in business development, thought leadership activities, and ability to translate industry trends into client solutions.

Qualifications: Background in Digital Marketing and client relationship management with preferred experience in FMCG/Retail sectors and track record in co-creating learning materials. Demonstrated thought leadership in Digital Marketing trends and practices with subject matter expertise in AI for Marketing, eCommerce, Data and Analytics, and digital media.

Location: Hybrid in New York, New York, United States (minimum 2 days/week in midtown Manhattan office, including Tuesdays)

Compensation: $100,000 – $150,000/year
