Summary
Senior Software Web Developer at OCLC responsible for designing and implementing innovative software solutions to enhance global access to information. This role involves providing technical guidance, conducting code reviews, and ensuring high-quality software delivery within a mission-driven organization.
Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and test complex software programs and systems independently while collaborating with team members to solve problems. Provide technical guidance and expertise, participate in architectural discussions, and conduct code reviews to maintain quality standards.
Skills & Tools: Strong programming skills in web development languages, full-stack development capabilities, and expertise in database systems and cloud platforms. Leadership and mentoring abilities, strong problem-solving and analytical skills, and ability to provide technical guidance to teams.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science or related discipline required with 5+ years of software development experience, specifically in web development. Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor teams with proficiency in cloud platforms and database systems.
Location: Hybrid in Minnesota, United States
Compensation: $100,000 – $130,000/year
