Summary
Per Diem Professional Development Associate supporting the adoption and implementation of Great Minds curriculum products (Eureka Math, Wit & Wisdom, etc.) in Southeast schools through on-site coaching and professional development.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver on-site coaching and professional development to schools, maintain expertise in Great Minds products, engage in training cycles, and cultivate a supportive culture among educators implementing the curriculum.
Skills & Tools: Experience delivering professional development and coaching to educators, ability to implement high-quality curricula effectively, and proficiency with educational platforms. Strong background in teaching or instructional coaching required.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required with at least 3 years of experience in teaching or educational coaching, with Great Minds curriculum experience preferred.
Location: Remote from Southeast US (Arkansas, Georgia, Tennessee, Louisiana) with required travel across the region for on-site school support.
Compensation: $34 – $48/hourly
