Summary
Lead a team of senior engineers at Figma building and maintaining critical internal platforms that power customer support, account administration, and operational workflows. Drive cross-functional initiatives at the intersection of engineering, operations, and platform strategy to deliver scalable, secure solutions.
Skills & Tools: Experience managing high-performing senior software engineers and leading complex initiatives with strong cross-functional collaboration abilities. Demonstrated expertise in prioritization, technical sustainability decisions, and leading through influence with stakeholders in ambiguous environments.
Qualifications: Track record of leading complex cross-functional projects without dedicated PM/TPM support and partnering closely with operational teams. Preferred experience with internal platforms, security-sensitive systems, and operating in high-ambiguity environments, though not mandatory.
Location: United States
Compensation: $130K–$180K/yr
