Summary

Professional Learning Specialist (Math) supporting K-8 educators in implementing effective mathematics teaching practices and programs at Curriculum Associates. The role provides targeted professional development and on-site support to enhance math education across districts.

Key Responsibilities: Provide targeted professional development, deliver in-classroom support, conduct data analysis, and facilitate communication between teachers, coaches, and district/school leaders to support implementation of mathematics programs. Support district-wide adoptions of classroom mathematics curricula and i-Ready diagnostic and instruction programs.

Skills & Tools: K-8 mathematics teaching experience, proficiency with digital educational tools, strong communication and collaboration skills, and expertise with Common Core State Standards for Mathematics. Ability to work flexibly with multiple stakeholders and lead engaging professional development sessions.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required with at least 2 years of experience in K-8 mathematics teaching or professional development. Familiarity with Common Core State Standards for Mathematics and experience leading professional development with school and district leaders preferred.

Location: Hybrid in Modesto, California, United States; candidates must currently live in or be willing to relocate to Modesto with up to 80% travel required.

Compensation: $60,750 – $99,750/year
