Summary
Sr. Quality Engineer I at CDW tests complex software solutions for business processes, ensuring quality and functionality through rigorous testing methodologies. The role involves creating test plans, executing tests, maintaining automated scripts, and reporting on project status within Agile ceremonies.
Key Responsibilities: Create detailed test plans and test cases, execute regression tests, and validate system functionality for Salesforce/Certinia PSA. Maintain automated test scripts, collaborate with software engineers and product teams to resolve issues, and communicate roadblocks while participating actively in Agile ceremonies.
Skills & Tools: Required skills include manual testing expertise, creation and maintenance of test plans, proficiency with project management systems like Azure DevOps, and strong communication and problem-solving abilities. Experience with Salesforce/Certinia PSA testing, integration testing, and Agile/Scrum methodology is essential.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience with 4+ years of QA experience, including 2+ years specifically with the Salesforce ecosystem and Certinia PSA. Must demonstrate expertise in manual testing, test plan creation, and experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Location: Hybrid in Ontario, Canada
Compensation: CA$80,000 – CA$110,000/year
