Associate Partner Success Manager supporting K-8 educational implementations of Curriculum Associates' learning programs (i-Ready & Ready) across Missouri and Tennessee. The role focuses on driving customer success through high-quality service, product expertise, and educator support to enhance academic outcomes.

Key Responsibilities: Manage implementations and setups of educational products, drive annual license renewals and upsells, address educator concerns, and foster relationships with key decision-makers through regular check-ins. Develop implementation plans, identify product champions within districts, uncover performance trends, and partner with service teams on retention and customer success.
Skills & Tools: Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills with proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Active listening, problem-solving capabilities, and familiarity with K-12 classroom dynamics preferred; understanding of "selling through service" philosophy essential.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred in Education, Marketing, or Business; K-12 educators are encouraged to apply. Prior experience in customer success, account management, or education technology is implied but not explicitly required.
Location: Remote from Missouri or Tennessee, United States, with occasional travel up to 10%
