Summary

The Business Systems Analyst I provides day-to-day support for NetSuite and integrated business systems, resolving user issues, assisting with system enhancements, and ensuring system reliability and alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities: First-line support for NetSuite and integrated systems including issue resolution, collaboration with end users on system enhancements, assistance with configuration and testing of updates and integrations, and coordination with IT and business stakeholders to maintain data integrity.

Skills & Tools: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred), familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, and SQL or reporting tools, with the ability to translate technical information for non-technical users.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field preferred; 1–3 years of experience in business systems analysis, ERP support, or related technical role with NetSuite experience preferred.

Location: Remote (company located in Torrance, California, United States)

Compensation: $95,000 – $105,000/year
