Summary

Temporary Customer Service Representative role at Western Psychological Services focused on providing exceptional support and ensuring order accuracy for customers. This detail-oriented position emphasizes data integrity, timely communication, and supporting the overall customer transaction workflow.

Key Responsibilities: Receive, enter, verify, and update customer orders while monitoring backorders, shipping status changes, and cancellations. Capture detailed system notes, manage quotes and customer outreach, and respond promptly to customer emails with clear written communication.
Skills & Tools: Clear communication, strong listening abilities, and excellent interpersonal skills paired with high attention to detail and organizational diligence. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Outlook) and ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining accuracy.
Qualifications: Minimum 2+ years of customer service experience with a demonstrated ability to speak clearly and listen effectively. Strong organizational skills with a track record of maintaining accuracy and managing multiple tasks efficiently.
Location: Remote (Hybrid available in Torrance, California, United States)
Compensation: $21.00 – $23.00/hour
