Role Snapshot

Account Executive role at HMH focused on driving business growth in the K-12 education sector by building relationships and providing innovative solutions to enhance student success in Colorado and Arizona. This remote position targets small accounts and emphasizes consultative selling to meet revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities: Develop account plans, manage complex deals, nurture customer relationships, and track sales performance against KPIs. Act as a trusted advisor, maintain SFDC data, collaborate with internal teams, monitor industry trends, and gather customer feedback to inform product development.
Skills & Tools: Edtech sales experience, consultative selling and complex deal management capabilities, strong online presentation and system skills for remote consultations, and ability to leverage internal resources for deal closure.
Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required; K-12 teaching experience preferred. Demonstrated experience in edtech sales, consultative selling processes, and complex deal management.
Location: Colorado
Compensation: $50K–$53K/yr
