Summary
Early Learning Inclusion Specialist at Acelero Learning supports early childhood education programs to improve school readiness for all children, especially those with disabilities, through coaching, quality implementation, and data-driven program improvements.
Key Responsibilities: Support Center Directors in staff coaching using teaching performance tools, ensure timely identification and services for children with disabilities, implement differentiated instruction, analyze child outcomes and assessment data, and assist with professional development and staff recruitment.
Skills & Tools: Experience in early childhood education, special education certification, effective communication skills, and proficiency with teaching performance assessment tools (CLASS, Teacher Success Rubric, TPOT/TIPITOS, ERS); bilingual English/Spanish skills preferred.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field and certification in special education required; teaching experience preferred.
Location: Hybrid in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, United States of America with occasional travel
Compensation: $74,751/year
