Summary

Senior Director responsible for overseeing student safety, regulatory compliance, and legal operations at EverDriven, a tech-enabled transportation management company serving children with special needs. This role owns the company's safety framework, compliance programs, and transformation of systems to enable scalable growth.

Key Responsibilities: Lead safety oversight, regulatory compliance monitoring, contract and MOU reviews, political compliance activities, and quarterly audits while implementing technology-enabled workflows. Drive company-wide transformation of compliance and safety systems to support field teams, protect students, and foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

Skills & Tools: 5-7 years of experience in safety, compliance, or legal operations with proven leadership in regulatory compliance and strong communication abilities. Expertise in regulated industries, systems implementations, and technology-enabled process improvements.

Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD) required; CPA or similar credential preferred. Experience in regulated industries and demonstrated success implementing safety and compliance systems at scale.

Location: Hybrid in Greenwood Village, Colorado, United States (4 days in-office, 1 day remote)

Compensation: $175,000 – $200,000/year
