Summary
The Customer Success Manager drives successful adoption and ROI of the Workforce Edge platform by supporting clients, fostering strong relationships, and ensuring positive customer experience. This role acts as an expert guide and technical hub between clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities: Provide client support, platform training, and advisement while managing data integrity and collecting feedback. Develop business reviews, identify key metrics, manage integrations, oversee enrollment and billing processes, and communicate feature updates and best practices to clients.
Skills & Tools: Strong problem-solving abilities, technical aptitude, and proficiency with Salesforce and Excel for data analysis. Excellent communication skills with various stakeholders, ability to build presentations and training materials, and willingness to learn new technical skills.
Qualifications: 1-3 years of demonstrated success in customer success, account management, or client services roles, preferably in a SaaS environment. Bachelor's degree preferred.
Location: Remote from United States of America with up to 10% travel required
Compensation: $66,000 – $99,000/year
