Summary

Join Riipen as a Student Success Coordinator for a 3-month term to support work-integrated learning programs at scale by managing student operations and leveraging AI-enhanced tools to improve efficiency and communication.

Key Responsibilities: Manage daily Student Success operations including tracking milestones and deadlines, monitor and support student communications through tools like Intercom, and contribute to AI-enabled support development while maintaining communication workflows and reporting on student progress.
Skills & Tools: Strong organizational skills with ability to manage workflows and work with data, tech-savvy with interest in AI and automation, proficient with digital tools (Intercom, CRMs, dashboards), and excellent written communication with adaptability to changing processes.
Qualifications: Prior experience in education, customer support, operations, or program coordination is preferred but not required; candidates should be highly organized and comfortable navigating both manual and automated processes.
Location: Canada - Remote
Compensation: CA$58,240/year
