Summary
CDW is seeking a Healthcare Account Executive to drive sales growth in the Central region by developing and executing sales strategies for both new and existing healthcare clients. This mid-level position requires strong account management and consultative selling skills to deliver tailored technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies to grow revenue, cultivate relationships with key decision-makers, and leverage consultative sales techniques to assess client needs and propose comprehensive solutions. Prioritize accounts, develop account strategies with clear objectives, lead discovery conversations, and guide customers through the buying cycle.
Skills & Tools: Direct selling experience in healthcare, exceptional communication and consultative sales skills, understanding of key technologies including Cisco and Microsoft, and strong strategic planning and account management abilities. Must demonstrate collaboration skills, deep understanding of CDW's technology solutions, and ability to assess and articulate client value.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in STEM or Business Administration required. 3-5 years of direct sales experience in healthcare sector required.
Location: Hybrid in Carmel, Indiana, United States
Compensation: $40,000 โ $56,000/year
