Summary

Figma seeks a strategic M&A Integration professional to establish a new function and drive integration processes across the organization. This is an opportunity to build a best-in-class integration function from the ground up as the company's first integration hire.

Key Responsibilities: Develop playbooks and processes for M&A integration, actively participate in due diligence, and captain cross-functional workstreams for all integration phases. Report integration milestones to executive leadership and work closely with key executives to directly impact Figma's future growth.
Skills & Tools: Strong project management and excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to manage complex processes from start to finish. Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, think strategically, and collaborate effectively across functions.
Qualifications: 6+ years of relevant experience in M&A integration, business operations, consulting, or other strategic business roles. End-to-end M&A integration experience is preferred but not required.
Location: Hybrid: San Francisco, California or New York, New York, United States, with remote work available within the United States.
Compensation: $120,000 – $180,000/year

The Corporate Development & Strategy team focuses on M&A, Figma Ventures, strategic opportunities and long-term product strategy. This role is an opportunity to build a new function from the ground up as the company’s first integration hire. This position will work closely with key executives and internal cross-functional stakeholders to directly impact Figma’s future growth.

This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.

What you’ll do at Figma:

  • Create playbooks and processes as the foundation for future M&A
  • Actively participate in diligence processes including advising on deal structure, GTM integration, strategic business questions, etc.
  • Captain and product manage cross-functional workstreams for all parts of integration
  • Report to executive leadership on integration milestones
  • Build a best-in-class integration function at Figma

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

  • 6+ years of relevant experience in M&A integration, business operations, consulting or other strategic business roles 
  • Ability to manage complex processes from start to finish and a desire to work cross-functionally 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously to drive projects to completion

While not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:

  • Experience running M&A integrations end-to-end
