Role Snapshot

Technical Support Engineer at Pansophic Learning providing remote technical support to resolve issues for students and educators using educational technology platforms. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring compliance with service level agreements.

Key Responsibilities: Resolve technical issues, manage ticket queues, assist with account setups and application installations, and document user information and resolutions. Act as second-tier support contact, follow knowledge base articles, identify documentation gaps, and escalate issues as necessary.
Skills & Tools: Strong knowledge of service desk operations and technologies including Microsoft Active Directory or Google Workspace administration, Windows Desktop OS, and Chrome OS troubleshooting. Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to multitask in fast-paced environments, and customer-facing expertise.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required with demonstrated customer-facing role experience. Must be organized, detail-oriented, patient, able to pass federal and state criminal background checks, and capable of working remotely with flexibility for occasional shift changes.
Location: Hybrid - Cleveland, Ohio
Compensation: $20–$29/hr
