Summary
Professional Learning Specialist (Math) who provides targeted professional development and in-classroom support to K-8 educators, focusing on equitable mathematics instruction using Curriculum Associates' i-Ready program and Common Core standards.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver professional development to teachers and leaders, provide ongoing in-classroom coaching support, analyze data to inform instruction, manage projects, and communicate with district and site leaders to implement effective mathematics programs.
Skills & Tools: Fluency with digital learning tools, strong knowledge of Common Core State Standards for Mathematics, ability to coach educators effectively, understanding of adult learning principles, and excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required with 2+ years of experience in K-8 mathematics education and coaching. Background in teaching and/or coaching mathematics in a K-8 setting and experience leading professional development with school and district leaders preferred.
Location: Hybrid in Lodi, California. Candidates must currently live in, be near, or be willing to relocate to Lodi, California. State-wide travel required.
Compensation: $60,750 – $99,750/year
