Summary

HMH seeks an Intervention Account Executive to build relationships with educators and school districts in the East region, delivering educational solutions that enhance student outcomes. This role focuses exclusively on new business development within an assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities: Develop tailored sales strategies, build relationships with school district administrators and teachers, execute strategic sales calls, and maintain Salesforce.com updates. Act as a problem-solver addressing customer needs while staying informed on market trends and adoption cycles.
Skills & Tools: Educational technology sales experience, strong problem-solving abilities, and effective communication of product features and benefits to decision-makers. Must be resourceful, compassionate, and capable of building trusted relationships with district personnel.
Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Education, Business, Marketing, or Liberal Arts required with 4-5 years of Educational/Technology sales experience. Classroom teaching experience is preferred.
Location: United States, East region; requires travel up to 60% within assigned territory
Compensation: $75,000 – $87,000/year plus uncapped commissions
