Summary

Educational Account Executive responsible for managing relationships and driving growth within schools and districts across a multi-state territory (MI, OH, IN, KY, WV, AR, LA, MS, TN). The role focuses on customer success, renewals, upsells, and identifying new business opportunities.

Skills & Tools: Strong prospecting, customer advisory, and pipeline management capabilities with excellent communication skills. Proficiency in CRM tools, preferably Salesforce, and deep knowledge of educational products and programs.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) in education or business preferred. 5+ years of relevant sales or account management experience in education, SaaS, or edtech industry required.
Location: Multi-state territory covering MI, OH, IN, KY, WV, AR, LA, MS, TN with priority given to candidates residing in these areas.
