Summary
Product Manager - AI Agents at CDW to innovate AI solutions, guide business units in adopting AI technologies, and empower coworkers to build AI agents that enhance business value.
Key Responsibilities: Partner with business units to identify AI opportunities and translate needs into requirements, rapidly design and deliver version-one AI agents, and train staff on AI usage through playbooks and workshops. Experiment with emerging AI tools and frameworks to drive enterprise-wide adoption through real-world use cases and continuous refinement.
Skills & Tools: Strong product management, solution discovery, and stakeholder management capabilities with excellent communication and influence skills. Essential experience with AI and machine learning concepts, rapid prototyping, and demonstrated ability to guide technology adoption and facilitate consulting-style engagements.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree with 7 years of product management, consulting, or technology experience, or 11 years of equivalent relevant experience. Proven track record of translating stakeholder needs into actionable requirements and passion for AI innovation with ability to thrive in ambiguity.
Location: United States
Compensation: $132,600 – $160,000/year
