Summary

Kaplan seeks a Student Success Manager to recruit, enroll, and guide nursing students through their academic journey from enrollment to graduation. This remote role provides personalized student support and ensures successful program completion through comprehensive advising and engagement.

Skills & Tools: Required skills include strong customer service and consultative sales abilities, proficiency with technology and student management systems, excellent written and verbal communication, and problem-solving capabilities. Knowledge of online education platforms, career planning tools, and FERPA compliance is essential.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Psychology, or Communications is required. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in counseling, advising, customer service, or sales with demonstrated ability to manage large customer bases is necessary.
Location: Fully remote position based in Florida, United States, offering flexible work/life balance.
Compensation: $31,200 โ€“ $78,647 / annually
