Role Snapshot
Technology Solutions Advisor for Collaboration at CDW who acts as a subject matter expert and primary contact for collaboration, UCaaS, and CCaaS solutions. The role drives technology solutions sales growth by aligning customer needs with appropriate solutions and supporting the sales team.
Skills & Tools: Strong understanding of Collaboration, Unified Communications (UCaaS), and Contact Center (CCaaS) solutions with excellent communication, sales ability, and problem-solving skills. Advanced technical knowledge within collaboration discipline and intermediate knowledge across all other technology disciplines.
Qualifications: Associate's degree required with at least 3 years of sales experience; Bachelor's degree and technical certifications are preferred. Must be willing to attain role-level certifications in focused and adjacent disciplines.
Location: Illinois
Compensation: $48K–$60K/yr
