Role Snapshot
The Strategic Growth Executive drives revenue growth at CDW through targeted sales initiatives and partnerships, particularly within the Private Equity sector. This pivotal role acts as a sales overlay, collaborating across teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities: Partner with sales teams to provide strategic guidance and support in closing complex deals, build executive relationships with strategic partners, manage program KPIs and reporting, field inbound referrals, and prospect new partnerships. Work closely with field sales representatives to close new business and maintain communication channels with key stakeholders.
Skills & Tools: Proven sales and business development expertise with excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong ability to influence at executive levels, solve complex problems analytically, and manage strategic partnerships and KPIs.
Qualifications: 7+ years of experience in sales, business development, or strategic growth roles within professional services, consulting, or cloud SaaS industries, with direct experience in the Private Equity market. Demonstrated track record of exceeding revenue goals and driving market expansion through strategic channels.

Compensation: $120Kโ$180K/yr
