Balance relationship depth with outcome-based performance metrics while serving as a trusted advisor on K-12 operational challenges.
Skills & Tools: Strategic relationship management, K-12 public sector expertise, stakeholder influence with senior-level decision-makers, and ability to communicate effectively across internal teams and external partners. Strong organizational and self-motivation skills in a remote-first environment with focus on mission-driven work supporting student safety and engagement.
Qualifications: Demonstrated success managing post-sale relationships with large school districts, strong knowledge of K-12 operational structures and budget cycles, and proven track record of driving product adoption and retention in complex accounts. Experience serving as trusted advisor to senior education leaders and administrators preferred.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR IN FUTURE LARGE/ENTERPRISE CSM HIRES
We regularly seek professionals with:
- Demonstrated success managing post-sale relationships with large school districts (20,000+ student enrollment preferred)
- Strong knowledge of K-12 operational structures, budget cycles, and stakeholder roles
- Proven ability to serve as a trusted advisor to senior education leaders and administrators
- A track record of driving product adoption, retention, and strategic expansion
- Excellent communication and influence skills with both internal teams and external stakeholders
