Summary
Associate Director of Strategy & Operations at Stepful to drive growth and manage a national network of 6,000+ clinical partners for allied healthcare training programs. Own a key pillar of Stepful's growth story by optimizing partnership recruitment, onboarding, activation, and expansion.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee operations for the clinical partner network, develop and execute creative initiatives to fast-track hiring supply growth, and monitor key metrics including site activation and seat retention. Collaborate cross-functionally with learning, product, sales, customer success, and operations teams to enhance student experiences and advocate for partner needs internally.
Skills & Tools: Strong analytical abilities, effective team leadership, commercial acumen, and data-driven decision-making. Passion for educational access and ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with initiative and ownership.
Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in consulting or operations at high-growth startups, marketplace scaling, and team management. Demonstrated track record of managing complex operations and driving growth at scale.
Location: New York, NY (408 Broadway, Floor 5) - Hybrid role with remote flexibility
Compensation: $165,000 – $190,000 / annually
